Our Story

Aajkal har jagah pesticide ka use ho raha hai. Cow jo ghaas khati hai uspe bhi pesticide hota hai, aur jab cow wo ghaas khati hai toh wo harmful chemicals uske milk mein bhi aa jaate hain. Isliye mein 6 month pehle ghar se nikla tha acche milk ki talaash mein. Bahut jagah ghuma, aur fir aapke liye lekar aaya Gold Scoop Ghee.

Our Traditional Bilona Method

The ancient process that makes our ghee special

Step 1: Sourcing Pure Cow Milk

We source fresh milk daily from our own indigenous Indian cow breeds (Gir, Sahiwal, Red Sindhi). These cows are grass-fed, well-cared for, and produce nutrient-rich milk.

Step 2: Natural Curd Formation

The fresh milk is boiled and cooled to the perfect temperature, then cultured using traditional starter culture to form rich, creamy curd overnight.

Step 3: Bilona Churning

The curd is hand-churned using a traditional wooden churner (Bilona) in a rhythmic back-and-forth motion. This gentle process separates butter from buttermilk.

Step 4: Slow Heating

The butter is slowly heated over a wood fire or controlled flame, allowing water to evaporate and milk solids to settle, resulting in pure, golden ghee.

Step 5: Quality Testing

Every batch is tested in certified laboratories for purity, nutritional content, and absence of adulterants before packaging.

Step 6: Hygienic Packaging

The ghee is packaged in food-grade, airtight containers in a hygienic environment to preserve freshness and quality.
