The ancient process that makes our ghee special
We source fresh milk daily from our own indigenous Indian cow breeds (Gir, Sahiwal, Red Sindhi). These cows are grass-fed, well-cared for, and produce nutrient-rich milk.
The fresh milk is boiled and cooled to the perfect temperature, then cultured using traditional starter culture to form rich, creamy curd overnight.
The curd is hand-churned using a traditional wooden churner (Bilona) in a rhythmic back-and-forth motion. This gentle process separates butter from buttermilk.
The butter is slowly heated over a wood fire or controlled flame, allowing water to evaporate and milk solids to settle, resulting in pure, golden ghee.
Every batch is tested in certified laboratories for purity, nutritional content, and absence of adulterants before packaging.
The ghee is packaged in food-grade, airtight containers in a hygienic environment to preserve freshness and quality.
